YogaKos is very cozy. I have taken these classes many times and they offer a really relaxing ending to the day. There are sequences that stretch mildly and relax the muscles and the session ends with some self-reflection. Try it and you will enjoy it a lot.

I am really grateful for these yoga classes. For me, it is a perfect combination of yin and vinyasa yoga with a very gentle approach that works great for calming down. Kristina is a warm and understanding teacher and always gives optional poses so that everyone can participate. And I really love the way kos is incorporated in the yoga sessions.

I’ve been dealing with anxiety and related issues my whole life and I can be a very restless person: it’s not easy to slow down at all for me! Yet, through Kristina’s guidance, I experienced not only how doable slowing down is, but also how nice and deeply restorative it feels.
The Norwegian concept of Kos was new to me, and I am so glad I was introduced to it by her in such an effective way. In fact, Kristina has a fantastic ability to bring you the Kos atmosphere immediately, giving you a sense of trust, ease, calm, and joy in the little things - like a fluffy blanket!
Her unique style of yoga mixed with Kos was a wonderful experience both physically and mentally. Different from other styles I had tried before, one I’d love to keep on practicing, one I am definitely recommending.
